This is TheHackerEthic, an imperative collection of hacker wisdom, inspired by a set of essays I wrote in the 80s, and by the spirit of the excellent book by the same name. This site is not affiliated with the book in any way.
The pearls of wisdom on this site are published irregularly and are forceful, direct, and irreverent. I write the essays to and about myself, a hacker of things (in the sense of using skill and cleverness to build interesting things), and the stories and situations are by no means directed at any one else. Any resemblance to your life or others is only by chance, as we share common attributes as hackers.
